The William Credo Agency Legacy Tribute SeriesPresented by WCA Entertainment

Program the whole event.

A three-day conference needs three different nights. We handle all of it — one company, one contract, one production team, and a genuinely different headline show every night.

Where the saving actually comes from

You fly one band in. They’re already there on night two.

Booking three separate headline acts means flying three bands in — three sets of airfare and ground transport for nine to twelve people each. On an out-of-town event, that line item rivals the talent itself.

We fly in once. Our fee per night doesn’t change and we don’t discount it — but every night after the first takes a full travel bill off your budget. And one load-in covers the whole program: nights two and three need nothing but a soundcheck, in a room you need back for your own sessions.

Sample programs

Three arcs planners ask for most.

None of them is fixed. Tell us your rooms and your run of show and we’ll build the arc.

Two nights — The Reception & The Concert

Night one, welcome reception: The Hello Dollys. Close-harmony 1940s and 50s, elegant enough to hold a cocktail room without shouting over it, and the trio scales from strolling to a featured set as the room fills.

Night two, gala dinner: Billy vs Elton. Two hours, two catalogs, a real concert after the plates are cleared. The night people quote back to you in the post-event survey.

Three days — The Full Arc

Arrival night: The Hello Dollys, or Haul’n Boats if the room skews younger. Warm, conversational, nobody’s had enough coffee yet.

Gala night: Billy vs Elton or Eagles vs Fleetwood Mac. The centerpiece — seated, full production, the reason they’ll remember the week.

Closing party: SUPAFLY or All That ’n a Bag of Chips. Nobody sits down. They fly home having ended on the highest note of the trip.

Build your own

Ten touring productions, any combination, any number of nights. Conventions, sales kickoffs, incentive trips, Mardi Gras balls, casino residencies, theater weekends and multi-day festivals. Tell us your rooms and your schedule and we’ll come back with a program and one price.

Two ways to use it

For a conference: one audience, a different show every night.

Your attendees are the same people Wednesday through Friday. Three separate acts means three agents, three riders, three load-ins and three different standards of musicianship — and the closing party may be nothing like the night that worked.

One company means one contract, one production team, one load-in, and a genuinely different headline show each night.

For a theater: one weekend, three different houses.

A single tribute night sells one house to one crowd. Three nights of three different shows sells three houses to three overlapping but different audiences, off one marketing push and one travel bill.

And it’s packageable: a three-show weekend pass is something no single tribute act can offer, and subscription buyers spend more than single-ticket buyers.

Where we work

Anywhere.

We’re based in New Orleans and we travel nationally — the Gulf South, New England, Las Vegas and the West Coast most often, but the right event is worth the flight wherever it is. Single nights are always welcome.

Book it

Tell us the dates and the rooms.

We’ll come back with availability, what each show needs, and one price — usually the same day. If you have more than one night to fill, say so and we’ll program the whole arc rather than quoting you a band.
